Susanne Packard
Vice President of Operations 

As FamilyCare's Vice President of Operations, Susanne Packard directs and coordinates the company's day-to-day activities, ensuring that services are provided efficiently and effectively.

Sue has over 15 years of healthcare management experience. Originally from upstate New York, she began her professional career in human resources as the Human Resources Coordinator at First Hospital Corporation in Norfolk, Virginia. She later became Director of Human Resources at Colonial Hospital in Newport News, Virginia. In 1996 Sue began working with ARVON Homecare and Staffing Service as Home Health Administrator for two years and company President for seven years.

Mrs. Packard is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is credentialed as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She has served both on the board of directors and as president of the Virginia Staffing Association and is also a member of the Norfolk Task Force on Aging.

Sue and her husband live with their three children in Virginia Beach.
